Unless otherwise stated, all policies, terms, disclaimers, and conditions published by RBV LLC apply in full to each of these associated business entities, domains, and service lines.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all websites, digital products, mobile services, and consulting services operated by Riqueza Business Ventures™ LLC (“RBV,” “we,” “us”, or “our”), including but not limited to The Notary Edge™, Riqueza Digital™, and affiliated platforms. By accessing our website(s), purchasing products, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Services Covered
RBV provides mobile notary services, estate plan facilitation, digital courses and downloads, coaching, website design and automation services, LLC startup support, and apostille facilitation. These Terms apply to all paid and free offerings unless otherwise stated.
Apostille Facilitation Disclaimer
Riqueza Business Ventures™ LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Apostille services are limited to facilitation and courier support. Clients are solely responsible for confirming whether documents meet the requirements of the requesting country, agency, or institution. RBV is not liable for document rejections, delays, or additional fees caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or improperly prepared paperwork. By submitting documents for apostille processing, the client assumes full responsibility for document accuracy and validity.
LLC Startup Disclaimer
RBV offers LLC formation services which may include: Articles of Organization filing, EIN assistance, and basic compliance support. We do not offer legal or tax advice. Clients are responsible for maintaining compliance with state and federal requirements, including annual filings and registered agent services unless otherwise specified.
RBV is not liable for state or IRS delays, rejections, or penalties resulting from client-provided data or third-party processing timelines.
Payment Terms
All services must be paid for in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing. Digital products are delivered via email or platform access upon payment. Website design packages require full upfront payment. Monthly hosting and automation subscriptions may be billed separately by Haikii.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. Website services are non-refundable once design work has begun. For subscriptions, the first month and setup fee are non-refundable. If you cancel before design work begins, a refund may be issued minus a 10% processing fee.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary content (logos, business info, contact details) within 5 business days of purchase. Delays in providing required materials may extend project timelines. Clients are responsible for managing their own Haikii accounts and any related charges after site delivery.
Revisions & Support
For website design, the package includes one round of minor revisions if within 7 days of delivery. Additional revisions may incur a fee. 30-day follow-up support is included for automation setup.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
All content, downloads, and course materials are the property of Riqueza Business Ventures™ LLC unless explicitly stated. For website services, the client owns the completed website after payment. We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.
User Conduct
You agree not to republish, sell, or resell any content, templates, courses, or services without written permission. Unauthorized use may result in termination of services and legal action.
Comments and Public Contributions
We reserve the right to moderate or remove comments that are deemed offensive, inappropriate, or misleading. Comments reflect the views of the poster, not RBV.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for third-party service issues (e.g., Haikii outages), nor do we guarantee specific results from any automation, apostille, or design service. Use our services at your own risk.
Linking and Use of Content
You may link to our site with appropriate credit and context. Use of logos or images without permission is prohibited. You may not create frames around our pages without written approval.
Modifications to Terms

Purchase Terms of Agreement:
The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.
All transactions for purchase are intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.
Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed "used" after download or opening, and all purchases are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict No refund policy. This policy does not apply to in-person services or physical goods, which may follow separate refund terms.

APOSTILLE SERVICES TERMS
Terms and Conditions for Apostille Services
Riqueza Business Ventures™ LLC ("RBV") provides apostille facilitation services for documents intended for use outside the United States. By requesting apostille services through RBV, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Scope of Apostille Services
RBV acts solely as a facilitator, submitting documents to the appropriate local or state agency (e.g., Secretary of State or County Clerk) for authentication. RBV does not guarantee that your document(s) will be accepted by the receiving foreign government or institution.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring all documents submitted are complete, accurate, and legally eligible for apostille processing. The destination country is a member of the Hague Apostille Convention (if not, additional consular legalization may be required and is not included in our service). Correct spelling of names, formatting, and document validity. RBV is not responsible for the rejection of documents due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.
Processing Time and Delays
Apostille turnaround times vary depending on the issuing agency. While RBV makes every effort to expedite service, it is not liable for processing delays due to government closures, agency backlogs, mailing delays, incorrect documentation, or force majeure events.
Limitation of Liability
RBV’s liability for apostille services is strictly limited to the fee paid for the apostille facilitation. RBV is not liable for loss, delay, or damage of documents once they have been submitted to any third-party agency or mailed for return, rejection, or denial of apostille due to document content or origin, additional costs imposed by government agencies or consulates.
Refund Policy
Apostille service fees are non-refundable once the submission process has begun, including travel to government offices, courier drop-off, or the initiation of agency correspondence. If a request is canceled before processing has begun, only a partial refund may be issued at RBV’s discretion.
Third-Party Carriers and Government Agencies
RBV may use third-party courier services (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) and has no control over the delivery speed or handling once documents are in transit. RBV is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments. Clients may request expedited shipping or tracking options at an additional cost.
